From the West:
The West motorway (A1) ends in Vienna/Auhof. Follow the B1 straight to Hietzinger Kai, then continue straight onto Schönbrunner Schloßstraße, which leads into Schönbrunner Straße. Continue straight to the intersection with Gürtel. Turn left onto Margaretengürtel and follow Gürtel to Volksoper (Währinger Gürtel) and then turn right onto Währinger Straße. At the second traffic light, turn left onto the one-way Boltzmanngasse, the hotel is on the right side of the street.
From the South:
Exit the A2 onto Triester Straße and follow it straight to the intersection Matzleinsdorferplatz/Gürtel, then turn left onto Margaretengürtel and follow Gürtel to Volksoper (Währinger Gürtel) and then turn right onto Währinger Straße. At the second traffic light, turn left onto the one-way Boltzmanngasse, the hotel is on the right side of the street.
From the North:
Leave the A22 at the Nordbrücke exit. Follow the Danube Canal inwards = downstream and drive along Heiligenstädter and Nußdorfer Lände to the intersection with Friedensbrücke/Alserbachstraße. There, turn right and follow the road onto Nußdorferstraße. At the next traffic light (Konditorei Aida on the corner), turn left onto Währinger Straße. At the next traffic light, turn left onto the one-way Boltzmanngasse, the hotel is on the right side of the street.
From the East:
Coming from the A4, drive along Schüttelstraße towards the center. Continue straight despite multiple name changes until Brigittenauer Lände. Before Friedensbrücke, choose the left lane and cross the Danube Canal via Friedensbrücke. Continue straight on Alserbachstraße and follow the road to Nußdorferstraße. At the next traffic light (Konditorei Aida on the corner), turn left onto Währinger Straße. At the next traffic light, turn left onto the one-way Boltzmanngasse, the hotel is on the right side of the street.
Attention Drivers!
There are public parking spaces on Boltzmanngasse, but for your convenience, we've also set up a loading zone in front of the hotel, which can be used for free with a 15-minute parking ticket available at the reception.
Please note the legal parking regulations in Vienna: there is a short-stay parking zone in all districts from 9 AM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday.
Arrival by Train
From the West and South:
From the train station, take the U6 to Währingerstraße / Volksoper, tram line 40 or 41 - 2 stops towards the city ("Schwarzspanierstraße").
Or from Westbahnhof take tram line 5/33 to Spitalgasse stop, then 5 minutes on foot.
From the East:
Tram line "D" to Schottentor, from there one stop with tram line 37, 38, 40, 41, or 42 ("Schwarzspanierstraße"), then 5 minutes on foot.
Arrival by Airplane
Vienna Airport Lines (Bus)
To Westbahnhof and then by tram line 5/33 to Spitalgasse stop, then 5 minutes on foot.
CAT – City Airport Train (16 minutes to the city)
With the CAT to Landstraße/Wien Mitte, change to U-Bahn line U4 towards Heiligenstadt to Friedensbrücke, then take tram line 5/33 to Spitalgasse stop, then 5 minutes on foot.
